For direct hotel bookings, there is no design fee. For full-service or more complex trips, we charge a professional planning fee. This fee covers research, itinerary design, bookings, concierge services, and full support before, during, and after your travels. All fees will be clearly stated at the start of the planning process.
No set minimum, but we work with premium and luxury hotels, resorts, and high-end suppliers to ensure exceptional quality and service.
Except for our design fees, which are paid directly to Studio Roam Travel, your card is securely charged by hotels and suppliers. We offer secure payment links, authorization to pay on your behalf, or wire transfer for larger investments. We do not keep your travel funds directly.
