Located in the former headquarters of Italy’s Banca Nazionale del Lavoro (BNL) overlooking Via Veneto, Rosewood Rome will consist of three historic buildings built in the early 1900s, including the Piacentini-designed BNL main building. Montenegro

The second property from Kerzner’s new fitness- and wellness-focused brand, SIRO Boka Place marks the brand’s European debut within the Porto Montenegro development. The hotel will feature 96 rooms and suites designed around movement, nutrition, and recovery. Spanning 460 acres across Hilton Head Island, Daufuskie Island, and Bay Point Island, this will be Six Senses’ first U.S. resort, spa, and residential community.
